Jessica F.B. Jefferson, LCSW, The Founder & CEO of Soul Wellness, Social Support, & Therapeutic Services – a multi-passionate wife, mother, entrepreneur, ministry worker, transformative speaker, & global wellness advocate; she leverages her multifaceted experience to empower others to live & lead well in every facet of life.
As a mom and woman of many passions and one person, she once struggled with showing up and would dim her light to fit in places where her light refracted in ways that were not in alignment with who she is and where she was meant to be. She traded in productivity and profits over purpose. She eventually burned out to the point of being on her death bed, and vowed to live, fearlessly and unapologetically. Personally experiencing the excavation process after being forged under pressure, she now helps others navigate this and appreciate not hide their inclusions.
Partnering her background in human behavior as a psychotherapist and her passion for seeing others shine, she now helps other diamonds in the rough moms, family units, corporations, conferences, churches, governments, and municipalities, to shift how they view their people.
Her mission is to empower individuals to show up in full strength & brilliance. Like a diamond forged under pressure, excavated with intention, & shaped with purpose, Jess believes every person is a unique gem.
As a therapist, Jess LOVES to help other healers and helpers heal. She knows firsthand how trauma can impact every facet of ones life and is determined to disrupt the trauma cycles in the lives of others.

What’s a Strategy Session?
A 30-minute telehealth session with y(our) wellness professional, during which time you’ll discuss what’s bringing you to this portion of y(our) healing journey, & the three core aspects you’d like to address, then come up with y(our) own set of goals. During y(our) session, we’ll explore:
- You may be here and feel like issues others once told you about you’re beginning to see but have no real clue how to address or make those adjustments
- Or maybe you started hearing y(our) -insert person’s name: title here, words or negative sentiments towards you in y(our) own voice
- Or you’ve finally made it in y(our) career/creative/entrepreneurial journey and remain unfulfilled.
- Gain insight on what’s possible with therapy
- A brief overview of where you are now, what got you here and where you want to go.
- Decide where you would like to focus first
- Decide on y(our) goals and how you’ll recognize milestones to achieving them.
- Determine ways to avoid former behaviors and maintain new behaviors.
You’ll leave with y(our) Personal Progression Plan – y(our) top three wellness goals and a plan for the frequency of y(our) sessions.
