RESTORATIVE JUSTICE CIRCLES
Using Circle Keeping Practices, Adejare works with people of all ages and stages, holding experiential trainings in hopes of influencing a culture shift which will lead to the abandonment of the use of punitive measures to deal with crime and many other interpersonal conflicts. These 3-day, in-person trainings introduce participants to the core principles and practices of Restorative Justice Circle Keeping. Participants learn the differences between punitive and restorative approaches as well as why Restorative Justice often produces better outcomes for people who have caused and/or experienced harm. Throughout the training participants engage in activities, games and role plays which immediately put theory into practice.
PEER SUPPORT GROUPS
Peer Support groups are offered virtually nationwide or in person as needed, delivered to a peer group on the subject topic of choice, for example burnout for therapist, post critical incident debriefs and checkin with first responders.
