According to Mental Health America (MHA.ORG) 41.8% of the US population self-identifies as being a member of the Black, Indigenous, Person of Color (BIPOC) CommUNITY – 13.5% of those migrated here, from another commUNITY.
However; BIPOC Wellness Professionals only account for 4.1% of ALL Mental & Emotional Wellness Professionals.
68% of the BIPOC Wellness Professionals represented in that 4.1% report having a waitlist for services.
