1- Contemplation : You are more and more aware of the potential benefits of change.

  • You may be here and feel like issues others once told you about you’re beginning to see but have no real clue how to address or make those adjustments
  • Or maybe you started hearing your (insert person’s name: title here) words or negative sentiments towards you in your own voice
  • Or you’ve finally made it in your career/creative/entrepreneurial journey and remain unfulfilled

2- Preparation: You begin making small steps towards change.

  • Gain insight on what’s possible with therapy
  • A brief overview of where you are now, what got you here and where you want to go.
  • Decide where you would like to focus first

3- Action : You’ve decided to get support and take direction in order to accomplish your goals.

  • Decide on your goals and how you’ll recognize milestones to achieving them.
  • Determine ways to avoid former behaviors and maintain new behaviors2-

Work With Us

We are a full-service multi-ethnic, multi-cultural group, private practice. We pride ourselves on being specialists in our respective fields and niches, meaning we ONLY do what we are GOOD at!

Our unique approach of having clinicians from all walks of life and all disciplines, life experiences, and cultures allows us to meet and reflect what is happening in our commUNITY.

We are all humans experienced life on life’s terms, on our own respective journeys that may be similar to y(our)s. We are actively  exploring our internal responses to things that we have experienced, & their impacts on us, such as;

  • The stress  of connecting with others in meaningful and long lasting ways
  • Finding our voices as adults when learning to be seen and not heard as children and teens
  • Experiencing and seeking solutions for compassion fatigue
  • Seeking connections to be seen and validated for who we are
  • Dealing with stigma
  • Lack of experience & knowledge of with healthy ways to deal with and regulate  emotions
  • Feelings of internal disconnect
  • Navigating “Hustle” Mentality

Ready to feel on the inside how others see you, and as you've always desired?

Healing is hard work!

Let's navigate your wellness journey together through, connection, CommUNITY, & Compassion

Who Are We?

At Soul Wellness, Social Support, & Therapeutic Services, we get how hard it is to be marginalized (even in healing) and we’ve been where you are. That’s why we’ve curated an inclusive practice with a multidisciplinary, culturally-competent team of wellness professionals ready to help you on your journey of self-discovery.

Hear this – nothing about you needs to be toned down or silenced! You deserve to be seen, heard, valued, respected, and most of all belong in a commUNITY of those who are wanting to see you heal and win.

We believe that when we heal individually, we help heal our commUNITY collectively. We’re trauma interrupters – cycle stoppers who refuse to pass down trauma as culture – and we’ve curated a safe space to have an uninhibited experience of healing.

Listen, being grown is hard work. It’s hard when others see you as “put together” but inside you feel like you’re falling apart. You know you need support, but you’re having a hard time finding someplace where you can JUST. BE. YOURSELF.

We provide a place where you can feel like you belong.

So book a strategy session ➡️ work your plan ➡️ and get to feeling better.

And in the meantime between time, sign up to make sure you don’t miss our launch next month with all new Haitian commUNITY therapists!
