2022 was the year of years. While filled with many challenges there were so many blessings.
We partnered with our commUNITY and the City of Miramar in response to the loss of a young person to gun violence. Our Founder & CEO completed the YWCA WE360 program for women of color entrepreneurs, as well as Goldman Sachs 10K small business program. We were awared Comcast RISE Creative Campaign award package. We won 1st place in Black Girl Ventures Pitch Competition raising over $30k. We reopened our in person service offering. We were the title sponsors of The Haitian Creative Digital Awards as well as Broward County School Social Workers Conference.
Romilla and Kristin became qualified supervisors. Adejare became fully licensed.
Adejare and Jessica spoke at United Way of Broward’s annual conference. We partnered with several agencies and organizations to move communal wellness forward. We served our commUNITY who were financially unable to cover services and in crisis to the tune of over 100 free sessions.
While the year had its fair share of struggles and losses, we are excited to see what will bloom out of the ashes and seeds planted in 2022 for 2023.
Jessica is back from medical leave and is accepting new clients as is Adejare.
